Right Relationship

Brown and Garver create a new economic model based in the Quaker principle of "right relationship" - respecting the the integrity, resilience, and beauty of human and natural communities. The authors examine the outdated, shortsighted, and dangerous assumptions that underlie our current economic system as well as why many reform efforts fall short. They propose new solutions that combine an awareness of ecological limits with a focus on fairness and a concern with the spiritual and material well-being of the human race.
